  When I have a conversation with the operator of the website by using Click Connect by CAT, I have to
  pay the charge or not?
  - The users or visitors of the website do not have to pay anything because Click Connect by CAT is the free
  service that the website’s owners have provided to their customers. It is free of charge for the customers.
   
  Why I cannot hear the conversation well?
  - The voice quality is subject to your internet conditions. Click Connect by CAT is suitable for the users who have
  the high speed internet or not less than 128 Kbps. If the speed is less than this, the conversation could not be
  clear. The user must have to use at least ADSL Network.
   
  Why the operators of the Web site could hear the echo when having the conversation?
  - In the case that the users or visitors of website use Click Connect by CAT from microphone and speaker provided
  in the laptop, it will cause the sound of echo. So, we would like to suggest you to use the handset instead of the
  speaker of laptop and then you can have the better conversation.
 
  How to increase or decrease the volume?
  - You can increase or decrease the volume by clicking the volume control on the pop-up phone of Click Connect by CAT
   
  Why cannot install “Click Connect by CAT setup file”?
  - It can be divided into two cases.
  1.  Your Anti-Virus Program has blocked the installation of Click Connect by CAT setup file. You should disable the
  program temporarily while installation process of the setup file. After finishing installation, you can enable or use the
  Anti-Virus program normally.
  2.  Maybe the setup file is not allowed by your computer, so you should contact your administrator or IT technical
  support for installation of Click Connect by CAT setup file.
 
  Can I use Click Connect by CAT altogether with another websites with this service from the same computer?่
  - Click Connect by CAT is designed for using only one computer for only one service window. So, you cannot use
  the Click Connect by CAT for more than one website. To make it clear, you can only use the Click Connect by CAT
  one at a time. If you wish to use this service with another websites, you are required to close the current ones.
  However, it has no problem in case that you wish to surf another regular websites such as Google while the Click
  Connect by CAT is activated.
 
 

How can I install ActiveX Control (webphone.cab)?
  - After you have permitted the Pop-up of web Click Connect by CAT already
  (http://catwebphone.homelinux.com/XXX.html). When you open it, the Pop-up Phone will appear.
   
 
 
 

Install ActiveX Control by right mouse click on the Information bar and then choose “Install ActiveX Control”
 
 
 
  After that the security warning will appear to ask you that “Do you want to install this software”   Then, click “Install”
 
 
 
  After finished the installation, the times on the Pop-up Phone will synchronous with the times of computer.
 
  In the case of cannot install ActiveX Control (webphone.cab), How can I install Set up file?
  - 1. Download file named clickconnect.zip and then extract file . After that you will get the file “clickconnect.exe”
    2. Double click on “clickconnect.exe” .Then, ClickConnect _Activation panel will appear.
 
 
 
    3. Click “Finished” button.
    4. Wait a minute; Internet Explorer will open the page of http://catwebphone.homelinux.com and also with Pop-
  up Phone. At this step, the times is shown in the Pop-up phone will be the same like the times of computer. So, it’s
  mean that the program is now available to use.
